360 Talent London is seeking a Beauty & Fragrance Advisor for a luxury brand in Central London. You will deliver an elevated client experience and contribute to the boutique's commercial success.

The role requires experience in beauty or luxury retail, a passion for storytelling and the ability to build lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets. The position offers an annual salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised and elevated client experience.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive sales through thoughtful product recommendations, cross-selling and storytelling.
• Develop strong knowledge of the brand's products, heritage and craftsmanship.
• Maintain excellent visual and operational standards across the boutique.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a welcoming and positive environment.
