Zusammenfassung

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a brand ambassador to drive beauty sales and provide a personalised luxury service on the UK counter. You will engage clients, demonstrate makeup and skincare, and aim to exceed sales targets while promoting the brand ethos.

You will build relationships, educate customers, and utilise the DIOR VIP loyalty program to foster repeat visits, while maintaining luxury standards in every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury, consultative sales is required.
• Beauty and/or fragrance sales experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Be an expert on makeup and skincare, present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients.
• Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
• Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets as set by your line manager.
• Cross-sell across product categories to increase ATV and ATU.
• Develop personal relationships with clients and encourage loyalty through the DIOR VIP program.
• Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
• Participate in merchandise management and monitor stock levels.
• Update ipos tool with client data and build a clientele through calls and events.
