Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a brand ambassador in Greater London to drive beauty sales while delivering a personalised luxury service. You will master makeup and skincare, present products to inspire clients, and actively engage with customers both on counter and through events to grow the Dior client base.

The role focuses on achieving set sales targets, cross-selling across product categories, and educating clients about the Dior brand and products to foster loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury, consultative sales is required.
• Experience in beauty/fragrance sales is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Pro-actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
• Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets as set by your line manager.
• Pro-actively link sell across product categories to increase ATV and ATU.
• Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the Dior VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
• Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
• Update client data in the ipos tool with sales and client profiles.
