Job summary

The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy, invites a Flexible Bartender to join our F&B outlets.

You will deliver exceptional beverage experiences across bars, restaurants, and dining spaces, combining product knowledge with genuine hospitality. Ideal candidates have bartending experience in luxury settings, enjoy classic cocktails, and are flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident preparing classic cocktails and serving a variety of beverages.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
• Deliver friendly, engaging, and professional service while building rapport with guests.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Work closely with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure bars, service areas, and equipment are maintained in a clean, organised, and presentable condition.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
• Adhere to licensing regulations, cash handling procedures, and health and safety standards at all times.
