Job summary

The London EDITION Hotel seeks an experienced Bar/Lounge Manager to oversee all bar outlets, supervise up to 20 staff, and ensure guest satisfaction within budget. You will implement beverage policies, manage inventories, train staff, and collaborate with culinary teams to promote menus and events.

Ideal candidates have 4 years in F&B, a hospitality degree or equivalent, and experience in luxury/lifestyle market segments.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• Luxury / Lifestyle market sector experience is ideal.
• Experience with beverage inventory controls and bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages bar/lounge operations, beverage policy implementation, and compliance with liquor laws.
• Trains and supervises Bar/Lounge staff to meet guest service and budget goals.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and handles guest feedback.
• Manages HR activities including onboarding and corrective actions.
