Job summary

Clarendon Fine Art in St Albans is seeking a highly motivated Gallery Manager on a full-time maternity cover. You will lead a high-performing sales team, coach staff to exceed ambitious targets, and own the gallery's commercial performance while building strong client relationships.

You'll drive growth through exhibitions, private views and exclusive events, delivering exceptional client experiences and developing long-term partnerships with collectors and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in a luxury or premium sector.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to hit ambitious targets.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
