Clarendon Fine Art in Epping is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, coach staff and nurture relationships with collectors and local businesses. You will drive commercial performance, manage client journeys and host exclusive events to enhance the gallery's profile.

This is a commercial management role with uncapped commission, performance incentives and a strong growth path within a globally recognised luxury art brand.

• Role requires leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong track record in luxury/fine-art retail and premium client service.
• Ability to drive targets through coaching and strategic planning.
