Job summary

CHANEL New Bond Street is seeking an Aftersales Specialist to lead the luxury client experience in-store, oversee repair processes, and coordinate with the global ateliers. You will work with artisans, seamstresses, and head office teams to ensure the highest quality repairs and client satisfaction.

Role requires empathy, strong communication, and practical repair skills, with training provided on ACET projects and adherence to Chanel standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and luxury client-service mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess client requests.
• Basic repair skills for leather goods and jewellery; experience with express repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand repair requests and provide appropriate solutions.
• Diagnose reasons for product returns and coordinate repairs with in-house ateliers or external workshops.
• Perform express and minor technical repairs on leather goods and costume jewellery.
• Manage spare-part orders and inventory; coordinate repair logistics with boutique teams.
• Deliver training to Fashion Advisors on ACET projects and support KPIs.
