Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Aftersales Specialist in London to oversee daily boutique operations and deliver a premium luxury client experience at CHANEL New Bond Street. You will manage client consultations, repair assessments, and liaise with in-house artisans to provide optimal solutions.

Responsibilities include ACET administration, stock management, and coordinating with Paris/France ateliers while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service and ability to build relationships.
• Good understanding of luxury leather goods, jewellery and RTW.
• Basic repair skills including express repairs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple repairs and coordinate with ateliers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand repair requests and provide solutions.
• Diagnose return reasons and choose appropriate repair path.
• Perform express and minor technical repairs on leather goods.
• Manage ACET administration and repairs workflow.
• Coordinate spare parts and stock for the boutique.
