Job summary

Burberry is seeking an Aftercare Consultant for our Bond Street store in London. You will manage end-to-end customer enquiries, diagnose needs, liaise with repair centres and store teams, and ensure a luxury, seamless client journey from inquiry to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer enquiries in-store and via phone, email, and messaging.
• Diagnose needs and coordinate with QA team/partners for repairs.
• Create client profiles and maintain accurate case records throughout the journey.
• Coordinate with repair centres and stores to ensure timely resolutions and clear communication.
• Support new Aftercare initiatives and drive brand loyalty through outstanding service.
