• Stay ahead of makeup and skincare trends to provide expert recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets in collaboration with the line manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across in-store and digital channels.
• Promote in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Design engaging experiences and events to drive customer interest.
