Job summary
L’Oréal Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a One Luxe Beauty Advisor to deliver a premium, personalized customer experience across our luxury brands. You will combine product knowledge, storytelling, and tailored service to help clients express their unique style and confidence.
As a Brand Ambassador and trendsetter, you’ll stay on top of makeup and skincare trends, build lasting relationships with guests in-store and online, and contribute to counter performance through engaging events,
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty with ability to advise customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Active on social media and aware of trends
Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe experience with premium, personalized service
- Demonstrate products and share brand heritage through storytelling
- Stay trend-forward with makeup, skincare and wellness insights
- Achieve counter sales targets and build client relationships
- Promote in-store events, brand activations, and community engagement
- Maintain counter standards, hygiene, and merchandising quality
- Engage on digital channels while representing L’Oréal Luxe
