Job summary

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences and wellbeing to our guests. This permanent role covers either 24 or 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, at £14.21 per hour plus service charge and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities include guest interaction, performing treatments, promoting our spa products, and collaborating with the team to ensure a relaxing and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination Spa or hotel Spa.
• UK qualifications: NVQ level 3 or ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO (or equivalent).
• Elemis training preferred or experience with Elemis products.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and tailor spa options to their needs.
• Perform treatments within brand guidelines and educate guests on procedures.
• Promote and upsell treatments and products.
• Collaborate with spa team to maintain a harmonious environment.
