Home House in London seeks a Pastry Commis Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will produce dishes on time, garnish and portion accurately, and maintain high standards of hygiene and HACCP compliance.

You will manage mise en place and stock, ensuring proper labeling and storage, and support senior chefs during service. We value exceptional presentation, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced, five-star private members club setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce pastries and desserts on time, garnished and portioned to spec.

• Produce sufficient mise en place and label/store unused items correctly.
• Effectively manage stock and keep food under optimum conditions.
• Communicate shortages promptly to senior staff on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and kitchen.
