Job summary

Home House, a prestigious private members club in London, is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will produce dishes to exacting standards, maintain HACCP hygiene, and manage mise en place, stock and station cleanliness in a fast-paced, elegant environment.

Qualifications

• Produce dishes on time and to the expected standard, ensuring garnish, portions and presentation meet the prescribed serving dish.
• Maintain HACCP and hygiene at all times.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared and unused items are labelled and stored correctly.
• Effectively manage stock and keep food under optimum conditions.
• Communicate shortages promptly to the senior chef on duty.
• Display high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the station and kitchen.

Responsibilities
