Lytham St Annes High School is hiring a Welfare Assistant for 17.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 INSET days, paid at the Foundation Living Wage (£13.45 per hour). • Experience or familiarity with working with young people is desirable.
• Ability to reinforce school behaviour expectations and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising students during break and lunchtime, inside and outside.
• Help manage student queues and encourage appropriate behaviour.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with students.
• Promote and reinforce school expectations around behaviour, health and safety and welfare.
• Help students sit appropriately, tidy up, and maintain clean standards.
• Respond to spillages and maintain a safe, pleasant environment.
