St Lukes is seeking a caring Welfare Assistant to join our school team on a maternity cover basis. You will supervise pupils during lunchtime and around the school site, promoting safety, positive behaviour and wellbeing. The role requires empathy, reliability and good interpersonal skills to support pupils and staff.
