Job summary

Manor Wood Primary School invites applications for a Lunchtime Supervisory role to oversee pupils in the dining room, playground, and around the school during lunchtimes. You will support positive behaviour and wellbeing, joining a friendly team and contributing to a safe lunchtime environment.

We welcome motivated candidates who relate well to children and can supervise independently or with colleagues. An enhanced DBS check will be required, and you will follow the Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust

• Supervise pupils in the dining room, playground and throughout the school during lunchtimes.
• Motivated and able to relate well to children and supervise independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and to follow safeguarding policies.

• Supervise pupils in the dining room, playground and school premises during lunchtime.
• Help maintain positive behaviour and wellbeing of pupils.
• Work as part of the Lunchtime Supervisory team to support smooth lunchtime routines.

Job description

This post is to support the Lunchtime Supervisory team to supervise pupils in the school dining room, school playground and throughout the school premises during the lunchtime period. You will also manage pupils behaviour and wellbeing.

This post will suit candidates who are highly motivated, are able to relate well to children and able to effectively supervise children independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate will be joining a like-minded and friendly school team. As part of the Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust, we have access to a network of Lead Practitioners who are equipped to support the successful candidate in developing their career.

The successful applicant will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment and will abide by Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust’s policies and procedures and Manor Wood Primary safeguarding and child protection policies.
