Job summary

Stivichall Primary School is seeking Lunchtime Supervisors to oversee lunchtime activities for children aged 4–11. The role involves supervising meals, supporting play, and ensuring safe, engaging activities during the 1.5-hour lunchtime window each weekday.

The successful applicants will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team, with training provided for first aid and safeguarding processes. This is a part-time permanent position based in Coventry.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise children during lunchtime in dining room or classroom.
• Capable of planning and facilitating safe, creative play.
• Able to adapt and be effective in a busy school lunchtime context.
• High expectations of behavior and positive attitude to pupils.

What is the job role?

We would like to recruit innovative and energetic Lunchtime Supervisors to work across the primary age range (4-11 years) to ensure our lunchtimes are the best they can be. The usual hours are 1.5 hours daily, 5 days per week.
