Job summary

Bradgate Education Partnership is seeking a Midday Supervisor at Swallowdale Primary School in Melton Mowbray. This permanent role is 6.25 hours per week, term time only.

You will supervise lunchtime, model positive behaviour, support children’s learning and development, and work as part of a supportive team to ensure a safe, inclusive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Be able to work well within a team and use your own initiative.
• Communicate effectively with adults and children.
• Motivated to support children’s personal, social and language development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children during lunchtime and playtime activities.
• Encourage and model positive behaviour, good manners and respect for others.
