Job summary

Watling View School is seeking energetic Midday Supervisory Assistants to support children with severe learning difficulties during lunchtime. You will help with eating programmes, personal care routines and supervise lunchtime activities.

Hours are 11:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday term-time only, with extra hours via our bank staff. Previous experience with special needs children is advantageous but not essential. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with special needs children would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lunchtime activities for children and young people.
• Assist with eating programmes during lunchtime.
• Assist with personal care routines during lunch break.
