Job summary

Special Partnership Trust is seeking a Midday Supervisor to help provide a safe, positive lunchtime experience for pupils. You will supervise children, support behaviour and assist with meals and hygiene, following school policies.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to pupils\' social development and wellbeing, with a supportive team, generous leave, pension and access to wellbeing tools and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during lunchtime and support positive behaviour following school procedures.
• Engage children in meaningful activities to promote social development and wellbeing.
• Assist with meals and basic hygiene, encourage good table manners and safe practice.
• Be vigilant about dietary restrictions and ensure children do not access unsuitable foods.
• Support personal care and toileting with dignity and according to procedures.
• Organise and support indoor and outdoor activities that encourage safe play and learning.
