Job summary

Ringshall School is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to supervise pupils during the daily lunch break and oversee areas where pupils gather. The post will report to the Headteacher via Mrs Gooch or Mrs Newton, with First Aid training organised during induction.

Qualifications

• DBS and safeguarding checks will be required; first aid training provided during induction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during the lunch break (11:55 am–1:10 pm) and monitor conduct and safety.
• Oversee all areas where pupils gather during lunch (dining, cloakrooms, classrooms, playing fields, etc.).
• Maintain an acceptable standard of conduct and safety and report breaches to the appropriate staff member.
• Keep training up to date as required and update standard training.
• Carry out any other related duties as directed by the line manager/head teacher.
• The role reports directly to Mrs Gooch or Mrs Newton.
