Job summary

Fierté Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join Wilnecote Junior Academy. You will work with a supportive team to supervise children during lunchtime and help create a calm, welcoming dining environment.

You should enjoy working with children, relate well to adults, respond quickly to situations, and remain calm under pressure. The role also involves setting up and clearing away dining arrangements and assisting with basic first aid.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime play and activities.
• Promote positive pupil behaviour and assist with table manners.
• Set up and clear away dining room equipment (chairs, tables).
• Administer basic first aid when needed and respond to incidents calmly.
