Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during the lunch period in the dining hall and in outdoor or indoor play areas.
• Encourage positive behaviour, promote healthy eating, and support social interaction among pupils.
• Assist younger children with meals, manage queues, and resolve minor disputes.
• Ensure that all pupils are safe and engaged during their break.
• Work as part of a wider pastoral and support team to help create a calm and inclusive atmosphere; follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
