Job summary

EQUA Mead Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisory Assistant for Dauntsey Academy Primary School in Wiltshire. You will supervise pupils during lunch, both indoors and outdoors, promoting safe, positive interactions and wellbeing throughout the dining period.

The role calls for reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with children and staff. DBS checks are required before appointment; start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Supervise pupils during lunch in dining hall and outdoor areas.
• Encourage positive behaviour and wellbeing during lunchtime.
• Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and colleagues; be reliable and approachable.
