Job summary

Crofton Cubs Pre-School, housed within Crofton Infant School, is seeking a Midday Supervisor to support children during lunch and play. You will help with feeding, supervise activities, and ensure safety at all times during the 11:30 am to 1 pm break, Monday to Friday, term time only.

The role is part-time, paying BR4 point 12 (£25,522 FTE; £4,437.93 actual), with a friendly team and a culture of safeguarding and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A sunny disposition and ability to engage young children.
• Former experience with pre-school children is advantageous.
• Understanding of the needs of 2–4 year olds and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Assists children during lunch time and lunchtime play.
• Ensures children are safe at all times during the break.
• Works as part of a team and helps manage behavior.
