Kersey C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our beautiful village school. The role will include working with children from Reception to Year 6 supporting through lunch times and during outside play.

You will have the confidence to work as a team, inspire pupils through play, encourage eating and be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.

Qualifications

• The confidence to work as a team and contribute to the school’s development.
• Ability to inspire pupils through play both indoors and outdoors.
• Encourage pupils with eating / drinking.
• High expectations of pupils’ behaviour.
• Clear communication skills.
• Willingness to work across the primary age range.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
• Creativity and a good sense of humour.

Responsabilités

• Join our village school to support children during lunch times and outside play.
• Work with children from Reception to Year 6 to promote safe, enjoyable lunchtime routines.
