Avanti Schools Trust is seeking a friendly Midday Supervisor to oversee primary students at lunch. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and positive behaviour during breaks on school grounds. You’ll model good conduct and support a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

The position is part-time (10 hours/week, 0.24607 FTE) with pro rata pay. Benefits include pension, discounts, flexible working, and wellbeing initiatives. Training and DBS checks are part of the onboarding process.

• Ability to supervise and engage children during lunchtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during lunchtime on school premises.
• Ensure orderly behaviour in dining room and playground per policy.
• Engage children to promote active, cooperative behaviour.
• Respond to injuries or sickness per school policy.
