Launde Primary School is seeking a caring Midday Supervisor Assistant to help keep lunchtimes safe and enjoyable for pupils. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, support lunchtime routines, and model calm, respectful behaviour throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and supporting wellbeing.
• Ability to promote calm, respectful lunchtime environments.
• Willingness to work flexibly as part of the school team.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in dining hall and playground.
• Assist with lunchtime routines and seating.
• Model positive behaviour and support independence.
