Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play.
• Supporting children in the dining hall and encouraging good table manners and positive social behaviour.
• Helping to create a calm, safe and welcoming dining environment.
• Encouraging children to eat healthily and supporting them with lunchtime routines.
• Supervising playtime and playground activities to ensure safe, enjoyable breaks.
• Encouraging inclusive play and positive relationships between pupils.
• Supporting children to resolve minor disagreements in a calm, positive manner.
• Promoting school expectations for behaviour and reinforcing positive conduct.
• Reporting safeguarding concerns promptly to staff.
• Administering basic first aid where trained and following procedures for accidents.
