Job summary

Victoria Primary Academy is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunch and break times. The role covers term-time only (38 weeks) with hours totaling about 9 hours 10 minutes per week, typically 11:45am–1:35pm, to help create a safe, inclusive environment.

The post requires energy and enthusiasm to engage pupils and support activity set-ups and transitions. The academy values diversity and safeguarding commitments throughout the Trust.

Monday to Friday: 11.45am to 1.35pm

9hours 10mins per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

We are currently looking for a reliable and flexible Lunchtime Supervisor to

1. supervise and assist children to ensure a safe and positive learning environment is maintained both indoors and outdoors
2. set up and clear away tables
3. ensure children behave appropriately
4. deal with minor first aid incidents

Candidates must have energy, creativity and enthusiasm to supervise children whilst they play; ensuring that they are occupied, inclusive and engaged in appropriate activities.The post holder must be physically able to work inside and outside in all weathers and seasons.
