Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to support primary schools in Hyde, Tameside. You will supervise pupils during lunch, encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, enjoyable lunchtime.

This part-time role fits around other commitments; prior experience is helpful but not required. You will join a trusted education staffing partner offering flexible opportunities and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall and playground.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, inclusion and good manners.
• Helping children enjoy a safe, happy and engaging lunchtime experience.
• Supporting younger pupils with meals and social interaction where required.
• Promoting safe play and ensuring pupil wellbeing at all times.
• Assisting with the setup and tidiness of lunchtime areas.
• Reporting any concerns, incidents or safeguarding issues to school staff.

Location: Hyde, Tameside (SK14)
Employer: Monarch Education
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 2:00pm
Rate of pay: £14.25-£16.96 per hour
