Job summary

The Oaklands Primary School in Acock’s Green Birmingham is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to join our caring, ambitious team on a permanent basis. The post is 6 hours per week during term time, with hours to be confirmed by the Principal.

You will assist with feeding at lunchtimes in the canteen and supervise the playground to ensure a safe environment for our pupils. The role offers professional development opportunities within Summit Learning Trust.

The Oaklands Primary School is a 2-form entry Primary school in Acock’s Green Birmingham. The ideal candidates for this position will have:

• Experience of working with children or have a desire to work with children in a play/school environment
• Have experience of working within a team
• a passion for supporting children and young people
• good communication skills
• enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn.
