Job summary

St James Catholic Primary School invites applications for a Lunchtime Supervisor to support SEN pupils at lunch break. The role is part-time (5 hours/week), term-time only, 12:00–13:00, Monday to Friday, at the Leach Heath Lane site in Rednal, Birmingham. Start ASAP and a strong safeguarding focus are required.

The successful candidate will supervise two pupils at lunchtime, assist with playground activities and promote positive behavior within a caring school community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN pupils
• Enthusiastic and motivated to support pupils at lunchtime
• Ability to supervise playground and interact with two students

Responsibilities

• Supervise two SEN pupils at lunchtime (12:00–13:00) on the school playground
• Provide safe, supportive supervision during lunch break and monitor behavior
• Support safeguarding and follow school policies for pupil welfare
