Job summary

Lift Anglesey is seeking a friendly Midday Supervisor to help keep lunchtimes safe, enjoyable and supportive for our pupils. You will supervise across dining areas and playgrounds, model positive behaviour and respond calmly to incidents, while promoting welfare and safeguarding at all times.

We welcome a caring, patient communicator who enjoys working with children and thrives in a school setting. This part-time role starts immediately and offers a rewarding, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Midday Supervisor or working with children in a school environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience supervising children as a parent or carer is welcomed.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils across dining areas, playgrounds and other school spaces during lunchtimes.
• Encourage positive behaviour and respectful interactions; respond to incidents calmly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of lunchtime areas and assist with activities as needed.
