Job summary

Grove Park Primary School is seeking a Midday Supervisor to join a happy, supportive and hardworking team. The role involves supervising children across the playground, classroom and dining hall during lunch breaks and midday periods.

Ideal candidates will be team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage behaviour fairly and consistently. The post is term-time only with 7.5 hours per week, offering a friendly environment and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Good team player and able to work effectively as part of a team of Midday Supervisors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and has a friendly and caring nature
• Enjoys being with children, treating them as individuals
• Is able to manage behaviour fairly and consistently.
• Has good communication skills with both children and adults
• Is organised, flexible, and reliable.
• Is enthusiastic and has a positive attitude.
