Job summary

Northyorks is seeking two enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistants to join our school as soon as possible. The roles are permanent, part-time positions during term time only, totaling 7.5 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Friday 11.45pm-1.15pm.

You will support engaging lunchtimes, promote pupil wellbeing and safety, and be part of a supportive staff team. We value resilience, positive relationships and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Commitment to children’s welfare and development.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils through engagement.
• Understanding of safeguarding and safe play during break times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lunchtimes and support pupil growth, wellbeing and safety.
• Foster a positive playground culture and encourage inclusive play.
• Build positive relationships with children through engaging activities.
