Job summary

St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary Academy in the West Midlands is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during the school day. The role is permanent and term-time only, paying £12.85 per hour for 6.25 hours per week (£3,522.82 per annum).

You will model positive behaviour, organise games, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable playtime in line with school policies, under the Head Teacher’s direction. Closing date 31 August 2026; interviews 5 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary school children or in a school setting.
• Ability to model positive behaviour and follow school policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive role model to children aged 4–11 during lunchtime.
• Support and manage lunchtime activities, ensuring safety and fair play.
