Job summary

Alwoodley Primary School is inviting applications for a Lunchtime Play Support Assistant to join the Platinum OPAL Team. The role involves supervising pupils at lunch, supporting organised and self-directed play, and helping create a safe, inclusive environment during the midday break.

You'll work with existing lunchtime staff to promote positive behaviour and support pupils' social, emotional and physical development through play, in line with our safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Safeguarding commitment to promote welfare of pupils.
• DBS check (Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch.
