Job summary

The Supply Register is partnering with Werneth Primary School to recruit dedicated Lunchtime Organisers. You will supervise pupils during lunch, promoting a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable breaktime in a welcoming school environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children, are committed to safeguarding, and can work flexibly in a part-time role. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime, indoors and on the playground.
• Promote positive behaviour and social interactions.
• Support children with any needs during lunchtime.
• Ensure safety, welfare and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Communicate concerns or incidents to staff.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging lunchtime environment.
