Job summary

Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Pre School is hiring an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover, 9:30am to 2:30pm, five days a week, at Wokingham Road, Bracknell. This role supports children's development through planned, engaging activities and a warm, inclusive learning environment.

You will hold a Level 3+ EYFS qualification, apply safeguarding practices, and work closely with families and colleagues to foster learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to plan engaging, inclusive learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities aligned to key children’s milestones.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and promote child development.
• Build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
