Job summary

Bright Horizons Broadgreen in Liverpool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for key children to support development and a safe, nurturing environment.

We require a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, passion for inclusive learning, and solid EYFS knowledge, with safeguarding expertise. The position offers 20 hours over 5 days with 10:00–14:00 shifts and a 50% childcare discount among benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
