Job summary

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a friendly Midday Assistant for Lakelands Primary School in Stanway, Colchester. You will supervise children during lunch and outside play, help model a family dining ethos, and ensure children feel safe, secure and happy.

Full training will be provided and we welcome flexible, family-friendly working arrangements. The role offers a supportive school environment and opportunities to collaborate across Trust schools with CPD access.

Qualifications

• Will be ensure our children feel safe, secure and happy during their lunch break.
• Help model our lunchtime ethos of family dining; helping others, good table manners, taking risks when trying new foods.
• Flexible in attitude and able to work as part of a team.
• Duties include both supervising children whilst they eat their lunch and during outside play.
• Full training will be given.
