Job summary

The Cumberland in London is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team. You will assist guests with directions, theatre bookings, luggage, and restaurant reservations, becoming the friendly face that guests remember.

What You’ll Be Doing

Are you the “go-to” person for the latest happenings in London? With a bold spirit and a passion for creating memorable moments, you will join a small but dynamic team dedicated to showcasing our vibrant city and ensuring our guests make the most of their visit.

In this role, you will assist guests with a variety of requests, from providing directions and booking theatre tickets to delivering luggage and arranging restaurant reservations. Every day brings new opportunities, and no two guests are the same! As the “face” of the hotel, you will be the reason our guests rave about their experience and choose to return.
