Job summary

Hayley Group is seeking a Business Development Manager with lubricants expertise to drive growth across our branch network. The role requires identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers, and acting as the lubricants expert within the business.

You will collaborate with branch support, commercial and operations teams to tailor solutions, support tenders, and deliver outstanding service while staying ahead of market trends and competitors across the UK

Qualifications

Proven experience in BD or sales within engineering, MRO or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of lubricants or related categories.
Strong commercial instinct and ability to spot opportunities.
Confidence in building relationships at all levels.
Proactive, self-starting attitude.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead growth and development of the lubricants category across the business.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Engage with customers, suppliers and branch teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Support tenders and commercial proposals with market insights.
Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments and competitors.
Drive sustainable growth and increase market share for Hayley Dexis.
