Step into Teaching is working with a secondary school in Royston to recruit Learning Support Assistants to work with KS3/KS4 pupils, including those with behavioural needs. Qualifications

• Hold a degree (2:2 or above).

The school use calming techniques to reinforce behaviour and so a controlled temperament is important at all times.

Your time will be split between inclusion, student support and classed, encouraging children to work hard to achieve their best, so your constant support is resilience is needed.
