Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work within our Autism Provision, helping pupils with autism to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will support children in individual, small-group and class settings, following EHCPs and individual plans with structured approaches to communication, regulation and behaviour.
You will collaborate with class teachers and therapists, deliver consistent tailored support, and contribute to reviews.

You will work closely with class teachers and therapists, under the guidance of the Head of Autism Provision, to deliver structured, consistent and individualised support tailored to each child’s needs.
