Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 9 pupil with ASD in a Hackney secondary school. The role requires a calm, structured approach and the ability to help the pupil stay engaged throughout the school day.

You will work closely with teachers to monitor progress, promote positive attitudes, and build essential social skills and independence for the pupil in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with ASD or in pastoral roles.
• Ability to provide structured, calm 1:1 support.
• Background in mentoring, youth work, sports coaching, or pastoral support valued.

Daily Rate: £95 - £132 : AWR rates apply in your 13th week of work.
