NHS Grampian invites applications for a Health Care Support Worker based at Fleming Hospital, Aberlour, joining the Keith and Speyside Community Response Team (CRT) within Moray West & East. The role supports rapid response elements of the community nursing service and requires flexibility to work across teams.
The post is 36 hours per week, on a 3-shift pattern (every fourth week 4 shifts), and applicants must hold a full current driving licence with access to a car.

This post will form part of the restructured rapid response element of the broader community nursing team.
The post holder will be based in Fleming Hospital, Aberlour but may at times integrate with other nursing teams within the locality of Moray West & East.
Applicants should be motivated and enthusiastic about delivering person centred care.
We are looking for a team player who is willing to learn.
It is a requirement of this post that you participate equally in the delivery of a 7 day service.
This 36 hr post will be worked as 3 shifts per week, every 4 week 4 shifts.
A full, current driving licence and use of own car is essential.
